Seeking to establish an accurate, shared demand forecast that drives high customer service levels, as well as improved operational efficiency, RONA selected JDA solutions to solve its challenges, and realized the following results:

  • Improved comparable inventory turns by 10 percent
  • Increased promotional item availability to 99 percent
